In addition to teaching the skills on the wooden dummy, the instructors demonstrate the applications of the wooden dummy training techniques on a partner, giving you an excellent idea of the combat applications of the techniques. This DVD shows the art of Wing Chun as demonstrated by direct students of Master Peng Nan of Guangdong province, China. Master Peng's Wing Chun is considered a national treasure in China and incorporates finger strikes against the dummy as well as some hooking and controlling actions not commonly known or associated with the version made famous by Yip Man and his disciples.
